Regional Manager X²O Germany, Region NRWF (m/f/n)

Regional Manager NRWF
X2O will open stores in Germany (opening of the first 2 stores are approximately around the end of 2021, in the Düsseldorf-Cologne region). For this role we are looking for a service-oriented Regional Manager with an up-to-date operational knowledge and a proven track record in the German Retail market.
We are searching a driven manager who can take the lead in this expansion. In this role you will assemble the teams, provide operational support to the stores after opening and train and coach the teams.
 
Certainly, in the start-up phase you will have an operational presence on the shop floors and as the region grows you will increasingly perform a helicopter view and overarching tasks.
 
YOUR PROFILE
Our ideal candidate is native German and fluent in word and writing in English. We want a candidate who lives in the region of North Rhine-Westphalia. An advantage is, if you have experience as a Regional Retail Manager in a service-oriented and commercial environment. It is important that this person, based on experience and insight, has the capacity to independently make the right operational decisions and to help develop X2O Germany.
